BALI's South Thames region is excited to announce a brand-new, industry first Leadership in Action Learning Development Course for members of BALI who are looking to develop and hone their management and leadership skills. Limited places available.

  • Description

BALI's South Thames committee is delighted to announce that it has partnered with Inspire Development Ltd to host an extensive 6-month training course exclusively for BALI members who are already business owners and project managers, operating at a managerial level. The course, set over a 25-week period, will cover a vast number of topics including leadership development, learning styles, understanding what leadership is, leadership traits, practical tools, shared learning, managing conflict, action planning, building growth mindsets and increasing self awareness, to name just a few.

The course will allow up to 14 BALI member individuals to network and share learning in an open, relaxed and informal environment at various workshops held at Merrist Wood College, starting on 21 June 2018.

The course programme will be specifically designed to cater for the needs of the whole group. It is important that each participant attends all components of the programme. Each workshop will take place approx. 8 weeks apart with a final day (half day workshop in half groups to allow for sharing and cross pollination of practical ideas) to consolidate and share learning.

Inspire Development Ltd is a coaching, training and development consultancy, designed to meet the changing needs of today’s business environment, including that of balancing personal development with successful business results.

The course facilitator, Katerina Rose, is an experienced Learning Practitioner and is certified by Hay/McBer to coach managers in the area of emotional intelligence. Katerina is seen as an authority in the area of emotional intelligence and develops and delivers stimulating leadership programmes with an emphasis on the practical application of this model with a number of corporations throughout the UK and across the world.
